Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all Victoria tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
